After several interviews, multiple questionnaires, and lots of paper work we found ourselves waiting for the recommendation of the Board. The Board met on April 20, 2009. The timing of that meeting was a reminder to us of God's eternal faithfulness.
It seemed fitting that the Board's recommendation came on the eve of such a significant day in our lives. April 21st is the anniversary of our daughter Andrea's death. Those few days in April are becoming easier after 14 years, but we always recall how perfectly God cares for us. We know that Andrea is in the presence of our risen Lord, and it is this hope that we seek to share with the people of Poland.
